Stanley Mukasa

Dr. Stanley Mukasa is the Associate Director of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University Africa (CMU-Africa), where he leads the Industry Innovation Lab and drives strategic initiatives that strengthen Africa’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. He oversees a portfolio of pan-African tech programs including incubators, accelerators, and the Tech Skills Marketplace Internship Program that equip young innovators with the skills, mentorship, and funding needed to build scalable, technology-driven solutions.
With over a decade of experience advancing inclusive digital transformation, Stanley is passionate about the intersection of education, technology, and entrepreneurship as a pathway for economic mobility and social impact. His work supports early-stage founders and student innovators across Africa, with a focus on building sustainable systems that bridge opportunity gaps in underserved communities. A strong believer in the power of digital access and cross-cultural collaboration, Stanley’s values align closely with Angaza Center’s mission to empower rural youth through digital literacy and future-ready skills.
