Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors at @AngazaCenter are a core pillar of our mission to close the digital divide in underrepresented communities around the world. 

Advocating for Digital Inclusion: Raising awareness about the digital divide and its impact on education, and ultimately livelihood. Engaging with college community and beyond to advocate for digital-inclusion and equal opportunities for students in rural secondary schools.

Mentorship: Mentoring students in rural African secondary schools, guiding them in developing essential digital skills and using technology effectively for learning.

Community Engagement & Collaborative Projects: Community outreach and service initiatives to create awareness about @AngazaCenter mission by organizing events, workshops, and fundraising campaigns that promote digital literacy.

Digital Storytelling: Sharing stories of impact, success, and transformation resulting from @AngazaCenter programs. Through socialmedia, presentations, and storytelling, we’re able to help others understand the significance of digital literacy.

Sammy Entin

Samuel (Sammy) Entin is a current undergraduate student in the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering. He plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. His skills include being an analytical thinker, great teamwork, leadership, and strong public speaking skills.

Joyce Hu

Joyce is a student at UC Berkeley, where she is pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering within the College of Chemistry. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is a passionate advocate for community service and has found joy in performing ensemble pieces for residents at nursing homes.
